This E13C hand brake valve is specifically designed for Right-Hand Drive (RHD) Hino 700 series trucks. It controls the spring-type parking brake system through manual hand lever operation. OEM replacement numbers: 47930-1870 and S44Y0-E004. Constructed from high-strength aluminum with precision-machined internal spools and seals to prevent air leakage. The RHD version features mirror-positioned mounting bracket and air ports compared to LHD valve, ensuring correct cable routing and driver ergonomics. • Use new copper washers or O-rings if supplied.
• Do not overtighten port fittings (max 20–25 N·m for aluminum body).

• If air leaks from exhaust port when released, internal seal may be damaged – replace valve.

Q1: Is this hand brake valve compatible with Left-Hand Drive Hino 700?
A: No. This is RHD only. For LHD, use 47930-1890 (S44Y0-E0060). The port and lever positions are mirrored.

Q2: What is the difference between 47930-1870 and 47930-1890?
A: 47930-1870 = RHD version (right-hand drive cab).
47930-1890 = LHD / universal version. They are not interchangeable.
